Cub Haunted Weekend

Join us October 17-19 for a fun filled weekend at Camp McGee.

The tombs are rumbling—our mummies can’t believe it’s already time for Cub Haunted!

Fees:

Each Cub Scout will receive a 2025 Cub Haunted Patch.
Registration fee for siblings age 4 and under is $0.00 (FREE).
Registration fee for adults and non-scouts is $10.00 each.
Registration fee for all participants will increase $10.00 starting October 5, 2025 through October 12 2025.

Registrations will be corrected if not charged properly. Please note that youth must have an accompanying adult registered to attend this event. Individual youth reservations are not allowed. Please contact info@iacbsa.org if you have registration questions or a family larger than 6 participants.

Youth (S-L) & Adult (S-XL): $17.00
Adult (2X-4X): $20.00

Lunch ($10 per ticket)

Option 1: 2 Hot Dogs, Chips, and a Drink
Option 2: 1 Hamburger, Chips, and a Drink

Dinner ($12 per ticket)

Main entree, Salad, Vegetable, Drink, and a Treat

Important: Bring your own mess kit (plate, bowl, cup, utensils). We use the three-bucket system for cleaning—Wash (soap), Rinse, and Sanitize. Please remember to include a water bottle to stay hydrated.

All "Youth" and "Adults" attending must have a current Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A & B. This is necessary to document the current health status and medications, if any, that the Scout or Scouter is taking. This form should remain with the Scout's family.

Put the pack number or 411 in that field.

If I have more than 6 in my family, is there a family discount?
Yes, families are capped at 3 paid registrations for the event. If you have questions or more than 6 in your family, please contact the office for additional registration assistance.

How do I register to "volunteer"?

Do I, as an adult, need to register to attend with my scout?

Yes, it is a family event. Pick the class labeled "Adult Cub Haunted Weekend".

Is there additional information for the campout, like a map, etc.?

Yes, registered families will receive an email message the week before camp from the Camp Advisor of Cub Haunted.

What is the Cub Scout Programs - Overnight Exception?

Cub Scout parents/legal guardians taking part in an overnight Cub Scout program with their own child or legal ward are not required to register as leaders. All adults must review the How to Protect your Children from Child Abuse: A Parent's Guide that can be found in the front of each Cub Scout Handbook. In addition, the parent/legal guardian must be accompanied by a registered leader at any time they are with youth members other than their own.
